We are a regional center for the diagnosis and follow-up of pediatric surgical and urological diseases of chilhood, where various surgeries, including neonatal surgery, non-cardiac thoracic surgery, oncological surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, pediatric endocrine surgery, pediatric gynecology, disorders of sexual development, hypospadias and other pathologies in pediatric urology, as well as diagnostic and interventional endoscopic procedures, laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgical interventions, and trauma surgery, are performed successfully.
Future perspectives
Our primary goal is to keep pace with the surgical advancements in modern medicine and engage in activities aimed at enhancing both our academic activities and educational programs, as well as improving the quality of our surgical procedures. To contribute to the development of pediatric surgery and pediatric urology experts in the Black Sea region, regional seminars and workshops are organized. Another goal is to host the National Pediatric Surgery and Pediatric Urology Congresses under our institution's auspices as we did previously.
