We are in the excitement and happiness of reaching the 102nd anniversary of the Sivas Congress, which is one of the most important steps towards the full independence of the Republic of Turkey. Under the leadership of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, delegates from many provinces of the country determined the road map of our liberation struggle at the Sivas Congress. The date of the congress started on September 4, 1919 at Sivas High School and lasted for 8 days. The foundations of the Republic were laid with the statement of Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, "Decisions that prepared the liberation of a nation were made here" at the congress, where very important decisions were taken that gave shape to the liberation struggle. Mustafa Kemal Pasha made the opening speech. At the Sivas Congress, it was emphasized that the only way was independence. It was stated that "the homeland is an indivisible whole within national borders". Societies that resisted the enemy from all over the country gathered under one roof. The congress was completed by publishing the final declaration on September 11, 1919. Decisions taken at the congress;
